Returns & Warranty Policy

 

A.        Product Returns

Unopened products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. 

Customers bear the cost of shipping returned products. 

We do not refund shipping and handling on returned items.

Refunds are not available if the product has been used, damaged, or opened under any circumstance.

To initiate a product return request, please send an email to info.richertgames@gmail.com including product order number information and the date of purchase.

B.        RICHERT GAMES WARRANTY

For a period of thirty (30) days after the order date (“the Warranty Period”), we will either repair or replace any product that is damaged or missing components (“Defective Product”) upon arrival. 

You must submit a warranty claim for the Defective Product no later than two (2) days after the delivery has been completed or no later than two (2) days after first opening the product package. 

When we receive a valid warranty claim, we will either repair the Defective Product or replace it with a replacement product.  If we are unable to repair the Defective Product within thirty (30) days of the date you submitted a warranty claim, you will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.  

Photo evidence of a defect will be required to process the warranty claim.

Richert Games’ products are not weather resistant.  Therefore, pieces including wood may warp or be damaged by weather related factors, for example, rain.  Any damages based on these factors are not covered by the Richert Games Warranty.

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to info.richertgames@gmail.com including photo evidence of the defect, product order number information, and the date of purchase.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

A tracking number will be provided for each order. 

We will work to fulfill orders in a timely manner.  However, conditions beyond our control (“Conditions”) may impact order processing and product shipment, for example, unexpected weather or delays attributed to a parcel carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.), etc.  Richert Games does not assume liability for these Conditions.

Richert Games also does not assume liability for orders that are lost if such orders are indicated as delivered by the parcel carrier.  Instead, you are responsible for filing a claim with the parcel carrier.

During product checkout, you are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.  Richert Games does not assume liability for orders shipped to the wrong shipping address if that address was entered by you during order checkout. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

Any problems or concerns with respect to an order must be reported to Richert Games within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.  Please send us an email at info.richertgames@gmail.com to report concerns with your order.

 

Every player picks a colored board with corresponding bean bags. You then start with 21 points. You take turns tossing your bean bag onto other players boards to decrease their score. Score 1 point for landing a bag on the board and 3 points for tossing a bag in the hole. At the end of the round, everyone returns to their board and pariticpates in the Bonus Bag Round. You use your specially marked bonus bag to toss at the center black hexagon board to score yourself points to help keep you in the game. Last player with points wins.
